Shipping

PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During drops, high-volume periods, or restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll get a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

 Standard Shipping — 3 to 5 business days — $12

Express Shipping — 1 to 2 business days — $25

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $200. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide. International shipping starts at $45 and varies by destination.

Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on country and customs.  Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

 Every order gets a tracking number.

Once it's shipped, watch for the email.

 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out to us at wearthevalley@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.

 ADDRESS CHANGES

 We can update your shipping address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's out the door, we can't recall it. Double-check your address at checkout.
