RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- In original condition and packaging
- Not marked FINAL SALE at purchase
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Items without tags
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Sets and bundle purchases (sold as complete units)
- Accessories (hats, socks, etc.) — final sale
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email wearthevalley@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Which item(s) you're returning
- Reason for return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Send a photo to wearthevalley@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during sales or with discount codes may be final sale. Check the product page at checkout.
