SIZING
How do your items fit?
Most Valley pieces are cut relaxed. Size true for our intended drape, or size down if you want a cleaner line. Each product page has size-specific notes.
Do you offer a size chart?
Yes — see our Size Guide page for measurements across all pieces.
ORDERING
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email wearthevalley@gmail.com and we'll try to catch it. Once it ships, we can't recall it.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most Valley drops are limited runs with no restocks. If it's gone, it's gone. Sign up for the list to get early access to future drops.
Can I buy in-store?
The Valley is online-only for now.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic: 3–5 business days. Express: 1–2 business days. International: 7–21 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
RETURNS
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns page for full details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't offer direct exchanges — return the original for a refund and reorder the size you want.

Where are your products made?
Designed in Los Angeles. Production varies by piece — details are on each product page.
How should I wash my Valley gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not bleach. The less you wash, the longer it lasts.
